This issue occurs even when using the Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) ec_favorites widget.

Example: In the instance, impersonating the as any user who have access to Topics and maked any Topic as favorite. Navigating to ESC Portal → My Favorites → Click on the Topic results, the issue is link not opening.

When this field does not point to the correct Employee Center topic page ( emp_taxonomy_topic ), the link in My Favorites cannot resolve properly, causing it to fail to open.

If the field is blank or incorrect, update it to: emp_taxonomy_topic Save the record. Test again by navigating to ESC Portal → My Favorites and opening the affected topic. The topic should now open as expected.
