To disable the email notifications, you can follow these steps:

a. Navigate to the "Preferences" by clicking on the profile icon on the right top corner and go to "Notifications" module. b. Click on the icon to maximize the "System Notifications" > Locate the specific notification related to Incident opening and closing. c. Disable the notification to receive by clicking on the toggle.

2. If you would like to completely disable the notifications from sending to every user, you can find the specific notification in the table below and deactivate them. (but, we would not recommend doing this if you would like to stop receiving notifications only to you.)
