When users enter their credentials (username and password), followed by their MFA code, and click Verify, the page redirects to welcome.do instead of completing the login process.

From the logs, it is observed that a session_timeout event occurs when a call is made to the following endpoint:

This indicates that the session is not yet authenticated, and the session_timeout is likely wiping out the required session attributes for MFA validation.
