One email address in User ID field as abc@example.com and another in email field as 123@example.com. By default, when an email is composed in ServiceNow, the system pulls email addresses from the "Email" field rather than the "User ID" field. This is a custom business requirement; you may consider inputting the desired email addresses manually from the User ID field when composing the email if that answers your purpose. Alternatively, please explore the ServiceNow community to see if someone has already accomplished a similar business requirement that you can leverage.
