An example of this field was "Location" field in sys_user table which was a reference field to cmn_location table. Check this community post for more info. Since the name of the attributes/fields in Entra may be different from the fields in ServiceNow, please consult the Microsoft documentation to find the right field name to map to ServiceNow table fields. For example, for location field in ServiceNow, you can get that info from "PhysicalDeliveryOfficeName" in Entra. Please note that the location field is only populated if the location already exists in cmn_location table. The provisioning service does resolve references between a sys_user record and other ServiceNow tables, but it does not create records in other tables like cmn_location. For more info, check KB0655991
