Both the context policy and the system property must be disabled for MFA to be fully turned off. Step 1: Disable the MFA context policy Go to System Security > Contextual Security > Authentication Policies.Open the Enforce MFA for non-SSO login users policy.Set the policy status to inactive.Save the record. Step 2: Disable the system property Go to System Properties and search for glide.authenticate.multifactor.Set the property value to false.When prompted, enter a reason for disabling the property and select Submit.Verify the property is saved successfully. Note: The system requires a reason when disabling glide.authenticate.multifactor. This is expected behavior — enter any applicable reason to proceed.
