Validate the run-as user configuration Open the Data Manager Policy form for the draft policy.Check the field Run policy scheduled as under the Scheduled section.If the field is empty, verify that the system user (e.g., Data Manager Job Runner) has the sn_cmdb_admin role.Assign the role if it is missing, then re-attempt publishing.
