The Service Graph Connector (SGC) for Azure automatically retrieves the tags associated with Azure Configuration Items (CIs) based on the data import definitions configured within the connector. There is no separate mechanism required for tag ingestion when using the SGC. 2. The ingested tag data is stored in the cmdb_key_value table in ServiceNow. We can also see that the payload we receive from the Microsoft REST APIs comes complete with tags against the component, which is why we handle them together, rather than in isolation.
