You do this by selecting the current version, which would be the customized version, and then select the OOB, Store Application version. Finally select revert to this version, which will now make the OOB, Store Application, the current version. It is important to remember that the version must be explicitly REVERTED back to the the base, Store Application version and not changed to the base version, by loading an update set of the OOB.
