We support the variable replacement in the HR Templates for the HR Task.For instance - ${parent.subject_person} will fetch the subject person from the parent HR Case of the HR Task. 2. But the same functionality is not supported for the HR Case Templates. We have to use a before insert Business rule to achieve this functionality. Note: Use a before insert Business rule to achieve variable replacement in HR Case Templates.
