Please refer to the Product Documentation for this Integration: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-servicenow-platform/page/product/configuration-management/reference/cmdb-trellix-classes.html As you can see from the Product Documentation, the SG-Trellix has the following CMDB classes targeted: Server → cmdb_ci_server IP Address → cmdb_ci_ip_address Network Adapter → cmdb_ci_network_adapter Software → cmdb_ci_spkg Software Instance → cmdb_software_instance File System → cmdb_ci_file_system Storage Disk → cmdb_ci_storage_disk There is no mapping to cmdb_ci_computer or its child classes in the out-of-the-box configuration.End User Computers Are Not Included by Default: --> The connector is designed primarily for server and security-related assets from Trellix. --> End User Computers (like laptops or desktops) are not part of the default ingestion scope for this connector. Conclusion:So, the Computer class can't be ingested with this connector out of the box. Other connectors, such as Microsoft Intune or SCCM, explicitly target cmdb_ci_computer for endpoint devices.
