Set Reminder UI Action in HR Agent Workspace Not Showing Up on Some HR Case TablesIssue <!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: #000000; } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: #000000; } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: black; } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: black; } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: black; } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: #00718F; } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: #024F69; } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: #032D42; } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: #00718f; } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } The 'Set Reminder' UI action is not visible in the HR Agent Workspace for certain custom HR case tables, despite being available on some out-of-the-box (OOB) tables. The issue is also observed on some OOB tables such as sn_hr_core_case_relations and sn_hr_core_case_investigation. When attempting to configure the UI action, an error message appears: 'Invalid 'Table' selected on the UI Action record. The 'HR Case' table is in application 'Human Resources: Core', but the current application is 'Agent Workspace for HR Case Management'. The 'Table' field can only select 'Human Resources: Core' tables with read and action access enabled.'
