Navigate to the Banner Announcement that is not displaying and ensure that no End date & time have been set. If already set, ensure the Banner Announcement has not expired. 2. Verify that the "Show for" field allows the intended audience to view the banner. 3. In the list below, confirm your Account Config is set to "Unified Navigation" If it is not, select the New button at the top right of the list to associate the Unified Navigation Announcement Config to the Announcement. 4. It is possible there are multiple Announcement Configs named Unified Navigation. To identify the OOB record that should be used, open each record named Unified Navigation, expand Additional actions (three horizontal bars to the left of "Banner Announcement Config" on the form header), and choose "Select XML." Within the <sys_id></sys_id> tags of the document tree, you should see a string that reads as "36aefd8153223010f296ddeeff7b12e9" which is the OOB record that should be used. 5. Confirm that the Active checkbox is checked for Unified Navigation.
