Instead, it retains the previously selected user. This issue occurs after canceling a request and clearing the cart, then submitting a new request.Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Employee Center2. Notice the "Requested For" Field is selected from step 7. It will get updated on the sc_cart Default record for that user.
