Like / Disline feedback on in teams is not being logged after upgrade to Yokohama PatchDescriptionWhen having IT Service Management for Office 365 installed and configured, along with Now Assist in Virtual Agent and when recently, we upgraded our instance to Yokohama, patch 6 and onwards and after updated ITSM for Office 365 and the associated Teams plugins. After the upgrade, he Like/Dislike feedback option for AI-generated content is now available in Microsoft Teams (similar to what has long been available on the ESC portal). On the ESC portal, this feature works as expected. However, in Teams, when a user clicks Like and submits feedback, the following issues occur:A. Errors are generated in the logs.B. The feedback is not logged anywhere.Steps to Reproduce 1. Open Virtual Agent in Microsoft Teams.2. Interact with Now Assist and view AI-generated content.3. Click on the Like button and submit feedback.4. Observe errors in logs and no feedback captured in reporting.Expected Behavior:Like/Dislike feedback submitted from Teams should be logged and available for reporting, similar to the behavior in the ESC portal.Actual Behavior:Errors appear in the logs, and the feedback is not stored anywhere.WorkaroundThis problem is currently under review.
