This was introduced on Agent Workspace for HR from version 3 onwards. To disable the timeline, please follow the steps below: 1. On HR Agent Workspace, open the Employee Relations case. 2. On the lower left hand pane, click on the cogwheel icon at the bottom. 3. Expand on the Record section. 4. Disable Show timeline for Employee relations cases.
