The reason you notice it happening in chrome and not in edge might be because of external plugins or some other third party browser plugins, because what i noticed is when i has snutils browser plugin it enabled me to copy paste images in worknotes but when i removed it didn't work To confirm the behaviour you can try it in incognito mode
