Note: This activity does not create approval records, it just checks if there are any pending manual approvals and wait for the action to be taken on that approval record 2) Later when a user adds a new approval with state 'Requested', the activity remains finished. It only re-enters 'Running' state after the approval is approved, causing the state to revert to 'Requested'. 3) Once the user approves again, the state correctly stays 'Approved', since the activity is now actively waiting for the action.
