Multiple topics selected by the user Root Cause The Topic generation fails when multiple column are selected for topic generation. Hence, the system cannot generate the value for group description field. Resolution Steps Access All -> Now Assist Admin -> Now Assist Skills.Under Technology, select ITOM -> LEAP installer.Click : and Edit.On the LEAP Installer page, select an individual column for the Use this column for topic generation field & Save it. 2. Group description is not generated for all records Root Cause The Topic description generation fails if the configured LLM Model Provider does not support topic generation.Hence, the system cannot generate the value for group description field. Resolution steps To update the model provider configuration, perform the following: Access All -> Now Assist Admin → Manage Model Providers → Edit Model Providers.In the Select edit Scope section, select Customize.Select skill group name as LEAPSelect the required supported model provider. Click Save and activate. After the configuration is updated, run the GAF to reprocess the records. Additional Notes Topic generation behavior depends on the LLM provider capability.
