This results in the end user not having access to basic details such as HR Service, Opened for, Work notes, Short Description, and Description that were filled by the HR agent.To reproduce the issue:1. Impersonate an HR agent.2. Log in to the HR Agent Workspace.3. Create a new HR case by clicking on the '+' icon.4. Select an employee and fill in all mandatory fields.5. Once the case is created, move the state to 'Ready' by clicking on the 'Ready for Work' button.6. Open the same HR case on the portal under 'My Requests'.7. Observe that the 'Additional Details' tab is not visible.
