For general or open-ended queries, however, there may not be a relevant skill configured, and in such cases, the Skill Config ID will remain empty. This is entirely expected.Additionally, there is no manual method to populate the Skill Config ID field, as its assignment is governed by internal platform logic, depending on the feature being used and how it is processed.To conclude, the platform does not display or associate all skills by default, and therefore, it is normal for some usage log records to have a blank Skill Config ID. These entries do not indicate any malfunction or misconfiguration, and the presence of empty values in such cases does not impact the system's functionality.
