Assign the sn_kmf.admin role to the user by navigating to Key Management Administration and adding the user to the selected users. 3. Ensure that the user also has the security_admin role assigned to them. 4. After assigning the roles, the module 'Cloud Encryption Key Management' should be visible in the navigation bar. 5. To access the Cloud Encryption, both the sn_kmf.admin and security_admin roles should be assigned to the user.
