Open a new form for the knowledge article. 2. Select the configuration of the form layout from the form options. 3. From the left-hand slush bucket, bring in the fields 'Knowledge Gen AI Message' and 'Knowledge Now Assist Modal' to the right-hand side and save the form. 4. Once the form is saved, it will redirect to the knowledge form, and the Now Assist pop-up should now appear, allowing the use of AI to draft knowledge articles with available records.
