Steps to Reproduce

1. Install SAMS. 2. Locate a Per User entitlement and run recon for that entitlement's publisher. Observe the number of licensed/unlicensed installs for the software model result corresponding to that entitlement. 3. Open the entitlement and add an allocation for a user with an install of that software. 4. Rerun recon.

Actual: One user's install(s) moves from licensed to unlicensed. Expected: There should be no change in the licensed/unlicensed counts

Same issue applies to Per Device entitlements

Workaround There is no known workaround for this issue. If you are able to upgrade, review the "Intended Fix Version" section below below to determine the versions that have a permanent fix.
