It reviews skipped IPs (provided by IP Optimization feature), and if the skipped IPs are no longer linked to the relevant CIs, the IPs will be reprocessed (will be discovered instead of skipped) Below are sample scenarios when the BR triggers 1. No CI associated (StringUtil.nil) Suggests the original discovery didn't map this IP to a valid CI.The skipped IP might now be discoverable as a new device. 2. CI relationship changed (isCiUpdated) The IP now points to a different CI than before.It's no longer truly a duplicate → needs reprocessing.
