There is a related list for Walk-up records and it does not have the related list interaction_related_record.interactionResolution1. Go to the related lists for the interaction records https://<instance-id>.service-now.com/sys_ui_related_list_list.do?sysparm_query=GOTOname%3E%3Dinteraction%5Ename%3Dinteraction&sysparm_first_row=1&sysparm_view= 2. Be sure that related list (interaction_related_record.interaction) is added for all of these related list records. Just open each record and create a new related list entry with interaction_related_record.interaction
