The problem is fixed after upgrading the 'NLU Workbench - Advanced Features' plugin to version 7.0.18 or higher from the ServiceNow Store. Note:-"NLU Workbench - Advanced Features" is a "PAID" app. This can be installed directly on non-production instance but for Prod instance, please check if you have valid subscription or entitlement.if yes, please get the latest app version from store. Once the latest version available ,install the same in the prod instance. Ensure to procure the required app version for the update. 2. After upgrading, run the 'Active Learning' job to populate the ml_label_candidate and ml_labeled_data tables, which are used by the NLUExpertFeedbackUtil script function getModelList() to display models in the Expert Feedback Loop dropdown list. 3. Provide feedback on at least 100 utterances in the Expert Feedback Loop to improve the model's performance and accuracy. 4. Once the Active Learning job is executed, check if the custom model appears in the Expert Feedback Loop dropdown list. If not, ensure that the model has utterances returning its intent, as the majority of utterances in the 'Uncategorized' list will be displayed for feedback. 5. If the issue persists, verify that the custom model has utterances returning its intent and that the model is properly configured in the system.
