Navigate to Discovery > Configuration Console. 2. Under Software Filter > Windows, switch to Exclude [ Hotfix, Language Pack, Software Update] instead of include. 3. Change the software filter to exclude non-essential software data from the incoming payload from agents. 4. This should include all the software and exclude hotfix records, allowing the discovery ( including ACC agent based ) to pull the actual software installed data.
