This comes from the plugin(AI Search Index Sources). If you find that the indexed source "Change" is missing, make sure this plugin is active. 3)Once you have both the above records in your instance, the "Semantic index configuration" of the indexed source should be activated. If you do not see this tab, add it to the related list in the indexed source form.
