The holiday entries have empty 'Type' field. As per requirement, the holiday schedule entries should be of Type = 'Excluded' (to be reduced from the overall capacity of resource). NOTE: The 'Schedule Entries' related list open on [cmn_schedule_span] table Resolution<!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } A. For New Resource Assignment 1. Set the Type field of all the holiday entries to "Excluded". Sample below. B. For Existing Resource Assignments NOTE: Since these were created at the time of incorrect holiday configuration, therefore the incorrect hours still persist even after you change the Type = Excluded. Any change in the schedules or holidays post assignment creation does not impact already existing resource assignment hours since these are already allocated. As a possible workaround, below steps can be followed: 1. Open the impacted resource assignment [sn_plng_att_core_resource_assignment]. 2. If the effort type is not hours, change the effort type to hours (do not make any changes in the 'Effort') 3. Save the resource assignment 4. Now, for the same resource assignment, switch the effort type to required effort type (i.e. % capacity) NOTE: It will probably show a value > 100% since the holiday values are now fixed. 5. Set the value for the 'Effort' to 100 for the percent capacity effort type 6. Save the resource assignment. IMPORTANT NOTE: Test and validate this in non-prod before applying in production.
