Disable the User triggered option in the Now Assist skill settings. This can be done by navigating to the Now Assist admin page and disabling the User triggered option in the skill-guided setup section in "Define trigger" step. 2. After disabling the User triggered option, the resolution notes should automatically generate when the 'Resolve Incident' UI action is clicked in the Core UI.
