The Dynamic CI Group service classifcation needs to be anything other than Application Services to be unpacked when added to change requests. 1. Change the Service Classification of the Dynamic CI Groups from Application Service to another type of service.2. Test the change to ensure that the Dynamic CI Group CIs are now auto populating into the Affected CIs list in the Change Request form.
