Users are unable to select the 'Assigned to' user on the form. The form does not allow right-click properties, and the pop-up for reference field selection is not working. The sys-pop-up for selected values is also not functioning.

Please find following steps to rectify the form issue.

1. When the form is loaded, click the top left contextual menu icon -> Configure -> Form Layout. 2. From the form configuration page, choose Risk from the available list and click on the hierarchy option to display the risk-related fields. Find the owner field and move the risk.owner to the right side selected list. 3. Save the layout change and reload the mitigation task form to validate the solution.
