As a result, when the policy is published, images do not appear in the Employee Center, leaving content incomplete or misleading to the end user.

If you want to retain the attachments (images) in your compliance documents, we can skip deleting those HTML attachments (generated from our document conversion API) from the sys_attachment table, to which the images are linked.

The "sys_document_viewer_status" table contains the details of the document conversions done using our API. We recommend that you create a scheduled job to run daily, which will delete only those records from the "sys_document_viewer_status" table where the conversion status is complete, the destination format is HTML, and the records were updated before today. By doing this, we can prevent the deletion of HTML attachments by the cleanup scheduled job.
