Go to Assessable records table "asmt_assessable_record.LIST" or you can copy below URL to access the required from the required instance /asmt_assessable_record_list.do?sysparm_query=metric_type.active%3Dtrue&sysparm_view= 2. Find the affected survey (sample: Service Desk Satisfaction Survey) 3. Open the record 4. Notice that the related list "Category" is empty — see image. 5. Click edit and add the required metric category and save These steps should fix the issue and the survey will generate survey questions
