Images Attached to HR Tasks Created from Life Cycle Events Are Not VisibleIssue Images attached to Description field of HR task created from Lifecycle events are not visible to Task assignee. Symptoms Configuration:1. For Lifecycle Event Activity, create new HR template to create sn_hr_core_case.2. In the HR template, upload some image file to "Rich Description" field3. Configure record producer for sn_hr_le_case4. Configure HR service with the lifecycle event type and record producer. Step to Reproduce:1. Access to the catalog for HR service, submit the request for one employee who has only snc_internal role.2. Impersonate the employee and navigate to My task.3. Find the task assigned from Lifecycle event case. Expected behavior: Image which has been configured in Rich description is visible.Actual behavior: Image which has been configured in Rich description is not visible. Release All releases. Resolution After carefully considering the severity and frequency of this problem, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases. We do not make these decisions lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience.Customer can create an enhancement request by following the steps defined under KB0755878.
