Human - Select this for a real person, such as an employee, customer, or admin. Machine - Select this for a non-human system or device, such as a server, application, or service account that makes automated requests. AI Agent - Select this for an autonomous AI-driven system As per the order the default value when creating a new user record is Human, Upon selecting the Machine option the "web service access only" field will be enabled automatically preventing interactive logins for this user.
