About "Project Budget" Related Link: There is no way to use Related List UI action "Project Budget" without Budget Migration as UI action has below condition: gs.hasRole('portfolio_manager') && current.top_task == current.sys_id&&(new BudgetMigrationUIActionUtil().isBudgetMigrated(current)) && ProjectManagementUtils.checkReadAccess(current) --> new BudgetMigrationUIActionUtil().isBudgetMigrated(current) will return false for Project If Budget is not migrated. Additional Information: In general, without Migration of Budget, Data is stored in project_funding table and when a project's budget is migrated, the budget data is moved from the project_funding table to the sn_invst_pln_invst_budget table.
