Openframe does not work on Legacy Agent Workspace on Xanadu or new family releases Issue Legacy agent workspace is deprecated, so individual features on it are not going to work.

Symptoms Openframe and other features will not function properly if they are integrated on a legacy workspace after Washington release.

- You would see the breakage on Xanadu or newer family releases.

Release Xanadu or newer

Cause Legacy Agent Workspace is no longer support after Washington Release and has been deprecated. The application will remain within the instance but will not receive improvements or enhancements after the Washington release.

Resolution Migrate to CSM Configurable Workspace which provides the latest experience, this will support features like Openframe or others when built on modern workspaces.
