Reject button is deactivated during an update in HR Service Delivery for Mobile.Issue After upgrading the following plugins, Reject button disappears on Mobile Application. Symptoms 1. On NowMobile application, navigate to My Task > open task.2. Reject button is not shown. Release All release. Cause The issue occurred because the script : Run clean upgrade for HR Mobile [1], which is originally designed to run only once during a plugin update, was executed multiple times. The script action is designed to execute only once during the upgrade process. Its purpose is to manage the transition between old and new button instances by deactivating the appropriate one based on customization status. After execution, the script deactivates itself to prevent further runs. Upon reviewing the execution history of this script in the customer's instance: It was first executed during the initial plugin update, where it disabled the old reject button [3] and then disabled itself [1].However, the script appears to have been manually re-enabled, which caused it to run again during a subsequent update. During the first execution, since there was no button customization (based on update history), the old button was disabled.During the second execution, the old button was interpreted as customized due to the update history, so the new reject button [2] was disabled. As a result, both buttons were disabled, leading to a situation where the reject button is not displayed on the mobile screen.
