Content Updates in Rich Content Not Reflected in Translated Versions<!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: #000000; } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: #000000; } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: black; } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: black; } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: black; } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: #00718F; } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: #024F69; } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: #032D42; } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: #00718f; } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: block; max-width: ; width: auto; height: auto; } } Issue When updating images within Rich Content, images in translated language versions disappear. Attempting to correct images in a translated version causes the image in the default language (English) to become misaligned or removed. Multilingual Image Synchronization Issue Changes made to Rich Content images initially display correctly in both default (English) and translated (e.g., Swedish) versions. However, these images cannot be selected or edited directly within the system, necessitating manual re-upload and realignment for each language version. Additionally, image synchronization across different language instances is not functioning correctly, resulting in discrepancies—only two images are visible within the system despite three existing on the microsite. Language Image Alignment Challenges Editing images in one language version frequently results in alignment issues or image disappearance in other language instances. This misalignment typically occurs when content updates or edits are performed across multiple languages. Resolution This issue has been addressed and resolved in Content Publishing version 36.0.3. Upgrading to this version will correct the multilingual image synchronization and alignment issues.
