This in turn calls Macro: "approval_summarizer_default" - because there is no specific implementation for Problem table (OOB or custom). Macro: "approval_summarizer_default" uses the Approving [document_id] field of Approval record to find the related record. But Approving [document_id] field is empty for the affected Approval record.
