Customer followed https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1159151 using gs.truncateTable("cert_audit_result ") from background scripts NOTE the gs.truncateTable creates a temp table starting with z_xxx which will get removed via scheduled job 'Online Alter Truncate Delayed Drop Table' the next day! Sample of output from running the gs.truncate script: As a result of this the database footprint for the instance will not show any significant decrease until after the z_xxx table is removed.
