Additional comment is duplicated when Stage is present right after the action Updating Record in a FlowDescriptionAdditional comments on an RITM is duplicated, when a flow adding the additional comment via the action 'Update Record' has a Stage following immediately after this action. Steps to Reproduce The issue can be reproduced by following below steps:1. Create a flow in the Flow Designer with trigger as Service Catalog2. Step 1 - Add the action 'Update Record' to add an additional comment for the request item3. Step 2 - Add a log (this is just a dummy step)4. Add a Stage between Step 1 and Step 25. Run 'Test' and open the request item to observe the additional comment being duplicated. Below are screenshots for a sample flow and duplicated comments. Sample flow: Duplicated comments: WorkaroundTo resolve this issue, the instance needs to be upgraded to Zurich release when it becomes available. As a workaround, adding a small timer of 2-3 seconds after the action 'Update Record' and before the Stage prevents the additional comment from being duplicated. Please contact support to get the list of impacted flows and apply the workaround to them accordingly.
