I want to be able to summarize record activity for other records besides those on the sn_customerservice_case table or those that extend from it. How can get the Now Assist Case Summarization button to show in the UI platform table, and in the CSM workspace, for the records on my custom table? Not using the "CSM Default Record page" in UI Builder to Open Case records. Please be aware that Now Assist Case Summarization is currently only supported when opening up the "CSM Default Record Page" and not the "Record Default" in UIB. The Case Summarization skill is only supported on the "CSM Default Record Page" 2. The NACM Variable Set Issue Prevents AI Summary Component from displaying (See PRB1855043). Note: Both of these issue may be impacting, so both will probably be needed to be implemented, in order to resolve the issue. Please be sure that for Case Summarization you have selected "Display" for In-product desktop, under Select display. For Issue 1 - To summarize a different table besides the sn_customerservice_case table, you can add a different table per editing the "CSM Default Record Page" variant under Conditions to add the table. Please do the following: - Enable "CSM Default Record Page" for the "x_my_custom_table" and other records that want to use the Case Summarization skill. 1. Navigate to All >UI Builder>Experience>Customer Support Workspace>CSM Default Record Page. 2. Go to Settings>Conditions>Edit Condition. Select "Edit in Original Scope" from the top right. 3. Add your custom table: "x_my_custom_table" in the "Edit variant conditions" or to add it as an additional table select OR to add it. 4. Hit Apply and the Save from the top right. For Issue 2 - This is a known issue (PRB1855043) and is currently being worked on. The fix is "targeted" for UXC Generative AI - v9.0. Workaround (Until Fix is Available OOB): 1. Navigate to All > sn_nowassist_skill_config.list. 2. Open Case Summarization > Now Assist Skill Config Var Sets > NACM Config. 3. Select "To edit this record click here" from the top of the page. 4. Uncheck the "Active" box and Save.
