For existing or upgrade customers, admin must set the Problem to incident work notes default (sn_sow_inc.problem.to.incident.worknotes.default) system property to true to enable the feature. If the Workaround field in the Problem Record contains a value, the "Share workaround" button will appear.This feature has been available since versions prior to Xanadu.In the current behavior of the Yokohama version, the workaround is copied to the Work Notes regardless of the setting of com.snc.incident.communicate_prb_workaround_to_inc_worknotes.This behavior is currently under investigation under PRB1920841. Clicking this button will display the workaround content in the Work notes of the related Incident.
