Unhandled Exception in Glide Ajax - There is a Java Script error in your browser console on X instance. Description An issue exists only on Xanadu instance. This issue has been resolved in CIM version 3.7.0, which is available for X instances. It's important to note that this is not a blocker issue.

Root Cause: The CSRGeneratorAjax script include is missing in Xanadu, which has been added in the Yokohama instance.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Go to the ESC (Employee Service Center) portal using the following URL: https://<>.service-now.com/esc 2. Navigate to the "New Certificate Request" (either manual or automated module). Once you arrive at the page, you will see a popup displaying an error message (please find the attached screenshot).

Workaround In CIM version 3.7.0, Ajax exception handling has been added. The same fix is included in the attached update set. Please apply the attached update set to resolve this issue.
