Go to the 'Triggers Probes' related list and verify there are no records on the list with Identification phase. 3. If it's an out of the box Classification [discovery_classy] record and the Identification phase Discovery Classifier Probe [discovery_classifier_probe] should be present but is missing: -- Using another instance where the Discovery Classifier Probe is not missing as a reference. (sys_ids of these types of ootb records should be the same between instances) -- Check the Discovery Classifier Probe [discovery_classifier_probe] to see if the missing record is present by querying it's sys_id or if it's completely missing from the table. -- If you find the record, you may just need to fix the references to the Classification record and/or the Probe that it triggers. -- If you don't find the record then you may need to repair the Discovery plugin to reinstall the missing Discovery Classifier Probe. 4. If it's a custom Classification [discovery_classy] record then you'll need to decide what Probes or Pattern should trigger for this class for the Identification and then create a new Discovery Classifier Probe [discovery_classifier_probe] record mapping the Classification record to the Probe or Pattern to be triggered.
