That means when trying to create a new task, it will not remove the old task, as this new task is related to the new assessment.But when we try to select a new option in the old risk assessment, we observe that the old task is getting removed, and the new task is getting added as expected. Please find the explanation below: - For a risk, initiated a risk assessment(RAMS1). - Now select an option to create a risk response task(Ex: Mitigate) in the risk assessment RAMS1. - A risk response task has been created. Validate this in the risk record. - Now, change the option in the risk assessment RAMS1 from Mitigate to Avoid and click on Create Task. In the risk record, observe that the old task has been removed and a new task with task type "Avoid" has been created. - Submit the risk assessment RAMS1, once we submit on the same page, observe that there is an option as Reassess. Now click on "Reassess". - A new risk assessment has been created(RAMS2) - While assessing the RAMS2, select the task type as Accept and click on create, then the existing task(Avoid) in the risk record will not be removed, as the task is related to RAMS1. And a new risk response task(Accept) has been generated.
