Incidents Not Closing When Problems Are ClosedIssue When a problem is closed with a resolution code of 'Risk Accepted', the corresponding incident does not automatically close. The incident remains in a state of 'Awaiting Problem' (on hold).The incident's work notes are updated with information from the 'Risk accepted reason' field on the problem form. An email notification is sent to the user assigned to the incident.ReleaseAllResolutionThis is as designed. When the problem is closed with resolution code "Risk Accepted", the work notes are copied over to the incident and the user assigned to the incident receives an email.
